Frequently Asked Questions

❓ How do I add a subscription?
Click the "New subscription" button on the main page, fill in the service name, price, billing cycle, and other information, then click "Add subscription".
❓ How do I delete a subscription?
Click any subscription in the list to open the details page, then click the "Delete" button at the bottom and confirm.
❓ Which currencies are supported?
Loop supports 14 currencies: USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), CNY (¥), JPY (¥), AUD ($), CAD ($), CHF, INR (₹), KRW (₩), SGD ($), HKD ($), MXN ($), BRL (R$).
❓ How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the subscription details, click "Mark as cancelled", and set the cancellation date. The app will automatically remove it from the list after that date.
❓ Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device and never uploaded to any servers. Uninstalling the app will delete all data, so we recommend regular device backups.
❓ How do I track promotional offers?
When adding a subscription, check "Has promo code or free trial", fill in the promo period in months and promo price. The app will automatically calculate the actual cost during the promo period.
❓ How are yearly subscriptions displayed?
After selecting "Yearly" billing cycle, the app automatically divides the annual fee by 12 to show the average monthly cost in the overview.
